You’ve decided to build your new home, you’ve evaluated the area in which you want to live and you need to select a suitable homesite.  What to do next?  Here are some tips to help you make sure the lot is the best fit.

It’s a good idea to first consider your financing options and budget. You should also meet and consult with a custom home builder to evaluate your options concerning various lots. If you have an architectural concept and floor plan in mind it will be easier to get the most out of the lot that you choose.
