UBACK understands that it is essential to be attentive, and to work closely with subcontractors while listening to the concerns and desires of owners. We want to PERSONALIZE the building experience. Selecting the finishes, listening to the inevitable ebb and flow of ideas and adjusting to any unforeseeable changes requires mutual trust and a sound partnership. | Jared
is a graduate of The University of Florida with dual degrees in
Building Construction and Economics. He has been the lead and an
integral part of building many customized homes, parking garages,
multi-level steel structures, and a seven building high school in his
10 years in the construction industry. He is LEED (Leadership in
Energy and Environmental Design) certified and brings a fresh,
energetic perspective to the company. Jared complements well
Tom's 40 years of experience in the South Florida construction
industry. Tom's long-term perspective has given him extensive
knowledge of the technical and regulatory requirements to build in
South Florida. |

combined backgrounds that make up UBACK are well suited to provide
value engineering for all aspects of the project including
architectural details and finishes, quality sub-contractors, and
suggestions for green building methods. |
